If you have a video shot by an approved vendor they have received instructions to upload videos. Please ask them to add the video to our system for you. If it is not an approved vendor please ensure it is first approved by your Sales Manager and then the Marketing Department (videos@elliman.com) before loading.

Once your video is approved, we will provide the proper credentials and instructions to ensure the video meets our requirements and is associated with your account.

If you have a video that was shot by an vendor not on the approved vendor list, please ask them to email videos@elliman.com for approval and instructions. In order to achieve the consistency of videos we require all videos meet our specifications before they shoot.
